Uniquely Unique Clothing is committed to providing premium made-to-order apparel and accessories. Because all products are custom made specifically for each customer after an order is placed, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
Made-to-Order Products
All products are produced on demand. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your item is custom manufactured specifically for you.
For this reason:
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Minor variations in color or print placement
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [YOUR EMAIL].
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Sizing Responsibility
Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection made during checkout.
Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks using order confirmation records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, IP verification, and customer agreement to our store policies.
